1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the Sunshine Bedding website, creating an account, contacting us, requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies referenced within them.

These terms apply to:

• Retail and wholesale purchasers.

• Measurements may have minor manufacturing tolerances.
• Images may include styling accessories not included with the product.
• Packaging, labels, finishes or minor details may change.
• We may correct typographical, pricing or product-information errors.
• Products are subject to stock and supplier availability.

5 Pricing & Payment

Pricing

• Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless clearly stated otherwise.
• Prices may change before an order is accepted.
• The confirmed price at order acceptance applies to the order.
• Obvious pricing or system errors may be corrected.
• Promotions may have separate eligibility and expiry conditions.

Taxes

Payment methods

Available payment methods are shown during checkout or confirmed by Sunshine Bedding. Payment arrangements may differ for retail, wholesale, special-order or high-value purchases.

• Cash on delivery may be available for qualifying orders.
• Electronic transfer or another approved electronic method may be offered.
• Full payment may be required before delivery for certain orders.
• We do not intentionally store complete payment-card details in our regular database.

6 Order Acceptance

An automated confirmation message only acknowledges that we received your order. An order is accepted when Sunshine Bedding confirms the product, price, stock, payment arrangement and delivery availability.

We may refuse, cancel or adjust an order because of:

• Stock or supplier availability.
• Incorrect product or pricing information.
• Delivery limitations or route availability.
• Payment or fraud-prevention concerns.
• Suspected misuse, resale abuse or unauthorized activity.

If a paid order is cancelled by Sunshine Bedding, an appropriate refund will be arranged according to the payment method and applicable circumstances.

Order changes

Contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Changes are not guaranteed after preparation, assembly, dispatch or delivery scheduling begins.

7 Delivery Terms

Delivery areas and fees

Delivery cities and fees are managed through the Sunshine Bedding delivery database. The applicable charge is based on the city selected during checkout.

Delivery window

Sunshine Bedding uses one delivery window only: 6:00 PM–11:00 PM. Morning, afternoon or other delivery windows are not available unless Sunshine Bedding explicitly confirms a special arrangement.

Delivery days by category

• Mattresses: can be delivered every day, including Saturday and Sunday.
• Sofas, dining and other categories: delivered on weekdays only.
• Delivery remains subject to stock, confirmation, route capacity and accessibility.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide an accurate address, phone number and delivery instructions.
• Ensure an authorized adult is available to receive the order.
• Ensure safe, clear access through doors, hallways, elevators and stairs.
• Measure access points before ordering large products.
• Inspect products at delivery whenever reasonably possible.
• Report visible damage or missing items promptly.

8 Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility depends on the product category, condition, packaging, hygiene considerations, sale status and reason for return. Contact Sunshine Bedding before returning any product.

General return conditions

• A return authorization may be required.
• Products must be unused and in acceptable condition.
• Original packaging, labels and accessories may be required.
• Delivery, pickup, restocking or handling charges may apply.
• Products must not be returned without approved instructions.

Potentially non-returnable products

• Used or opened mattresses where hygiene restrictions apply.
• Custom, special-order or personalized products.
• Clearance, final-sale or specifically excluded promotional products.
• Assembled, damaged, stained, altered or misused products.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after inspection and confirmation. Processing time depends on the payment method, bank and circumstances of the return.

9 Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product, manufacturer, model and category. A product is not automatically covered by a fixed five-year or ten-year warranty unless that coverage is stated in writing for the product.

Warranty may cover

• Qualifying manufacturing defects.
• Specific structural defects covered by the manufacturer.
• Other issues expressly included in written product warranty terms.

Warranty normally does not cover

• Normal wear and tear.
• Stains, spills, burns, cuts or accidental damage.
• Improper use, care, storage or assembly.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Damage caused during customer transport.
• Commercial use unless specifically covered.

Warranty claims

Contact Sunshine Bedding with your order number, product details, purchase date and clear photos or video. Available remedies may include inspection, repair, replacement, parts or another reasonable resolution, depending on the written warranty and applicable law.

10 Intellectual Property

Website content may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. This includes:

• Sunshine Bedding branding and logos.
• Website layout, graphics and original code.
• Product photography and marketing images.
• Descriptions, written content and promotional material.
• Downloadable resources and design elements.

You may use the website for personal shopping and informational purposes. Copying, scraping, republishing, commercial use or brand impersonation without permission is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sunshine Bedding is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website use, delays, product misuse, improper assembly or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

• Customers must follow product instructions and safety warnings.
• Furniture must be assembled and used appropriately.

12 Indemnification

To the extent legally permitted, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from:

• Material changes may be communicated where appropriate.
