Sunshine Bedding Canada Official Policy
01. RETURN WINDOW
We provide a 30-day return window for all products. Items must be in the same original packaging and in unused condition. Every return undergoes a professional inspection before refund approval.
Immediate Action Required
If your item is damaged upon arrival, call us back within 24 hours. Claims for damage after this period will not be eligible for a full refund.
02. FEES & PAYOUTS

Approved refunds are issued within 3 working days via Cash, E-Transfer, PayPal, or Payoneer.
03. CUSTOM ORDERS
- 30% Advance Payment: Required for all new production orders.
- Transit Rule: Cancellation is not possible while the item is “In Transit”.
- Pre-Dispatch: You may cancel anytime before the delivery process starts.
